About The Position

Abacus Technology is seeking a Systems Task Lead to provide program management support and guidance for the systems team for the Air Force Intranet Control (AFINC) III Support program at Maxwell AFB/Gunter Annex. This is a full-time position.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience providing project or program management support for enterprise IT programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Strong technical background in an IT or engineering field.
  • Experience preparing and analyzing documents/tasks and developing complex project schedules for tracking resources and other management activities.
  • Experience performing complex evaluations of existing procedures, processes, techniques, models, and/or systems related to management problems or contractual issues, which would require a report and recommend solution.
  • Experience developing work breakdown structures, charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams to assist in analyzing problems and trend analysis.
  • Experience with DoD systems and military protocols.
  • Outstanding communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Must be a US citizen and hold a current Secret clearance.
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Responsibilities

  • Provide and maintain a comprehensive, pro-active, integrated program management that focuses on meeting or exceeding government requirements and ensures compliance with mandatory, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
  • Integrate and coordinate all activities needed to execute the requirement.
  • Manage the timeliness, completeness, and quality of problem identification.
  • Provide corrective action plans, proposal submittals, timely identification of issues, and effective management of subcontractors.
  • Provide overall management, supervision, staff, and services necessary to execute requirements of this contract, which include, but not limited to hiring all Contractor staff; ensuring employees are qualified, certified, retained, and terminated; compliance with and adherence to all laws, directives, and regulations of the U.S. Government.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and professional and ethical behavior of all Contractors.
  • Implement production, delivery, and support of all components required under the contract.
