Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) is responsible for ensuring our products are Safe, Reliable, Maintainable and delivered on time. Life Cycle Engineering consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices and our customers. Our Life Cycle Engineering disciplines participate in the total life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation. Our focus area is product support, including the following disciplines: Reliability System Safety and Supportability. Life Cycle Engineering seeks a Systems Sustainment Analyst to join our AMRAAM team located in Tucson, AZ.

Requirements

  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
  • Experience with Government Property Asset Management, Operations, and/or Supply Chain role.
  • Active and transferrable final U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain program access after start. US citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with PRISM, APEX, SAP, PIEE, and DPAS
  • Understanding and application of government statutes and regulations (FAR, DFAR, DODIs, MIL standards, etc.)
  • Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
  • Familiarity with Logistics and Operational Knowledge Interface (LOKI).
  • Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in government property and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) compliance areas including interpreting and implementing FAR and DFARS contract property requirements.
  • Knowledge of Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation (FIAR) and Contract requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Primary contact for management, coordination and support for all matters involving Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS).
  • Act as the liaison between program and Logistics and Operational Knowledge Interface (LOKI).
  • Identify, create and manage a unique list of Government owned property (GFP) accountable to DPAS.
  • Data Gathering and data analysis required to manage, maintain the accountable inventory records.
  • Update accountable inventory records and data cleansing efforts in SAP (PRISM).
  • Coordinate and lead required inventory audits.
  • Work autonomously with limited oversight; provide professional input, guidance, and problem solving.
  • Prepare data and present monthly progress status for internal and external management reviews.
