About The Position

Your Opportunity: We are looking for a highly motivated student to join our team as a Systems Support Engineering Co-op from May- December 2026 in Wisconsin. The Sourcing Systems team at Greenheck Group plays a critical role in supporting Buyers, Suppliers, and Business Units by optimizing and maintaining the tools that power our procurement processes. We ensure sourcing activities are accurate, timely, and seamlessly coordinated to maintain proper inventory levels. This position provides exposure to key sourcing platforms as well as hands-on experience in supplier interaction and project execution. Requirements

  • Enrollment in a related bachelor’s degree program (Supply Chain, Computer Science; Engineering Technology, Business, similar)
  • On track to graduate in the next 2 years or less
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with curiosity to learn and improve processes
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to collaborate with peers, leaders, and vendors while managing multiple priorities

Nice To Haves

  • exposure to ERP/SAP systems is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support suppliers with onboarding, training, and testing of the new software.
  • Assist with system configuration to transition purchase orders from the current software to the new platform.
  • Monitor project plans and coordinate with Buyers and Suppliers to ensure conversion activities remain on schedule
