About The Position

As the Help Desk Specialist – Level I, you will provide technical support to all communities to manage operations and accounting functions within our management software. They will assist our existing Systems team in the daily operation and maintenance of our systems environment. In addition, the Help Desk Specialist – Level I will work with the team to ensure adequate understanding of best practices and procedures.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of property management software: Yardi, Entrata, RentCafé, RealPage, and Gsuite are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Work the Help Desk ticket system and resolve team member issues.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Cardinal team members with system-related issues.
  • Support our suite of software products by assisting the Cardinal team with system access, user provisioning and technical support.
  • Make recommendations on best practices and operational procedures.
  • Actively maintains technical knowledge and collaborates, where appropriate, to ensure advice given is appropriate to the needs of the organization.
  • Leverage technical knowledge to capture and classify content, seeking advice when required.
  • Assists in the investigation and resolution of issues relating to Cardinal systems.
  • Gather and record information to facilitate Problem resolution
  • Responds to a broad range of service requests for support by providing information to fulfill requests or enable resolution.
  • Contributes to creation of support documentation.
  • Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
