The Role We’re looking for a Systems Integration & Test Engineer III to bring mission-critical systems to life. You’ll lead the assembly, integration, and testing of advanced defense systems, shaping solutions that protect millions and define the future of missile defense. Requirements

  • Interim Secret Clearance required before start
  • Experience or willingness to learn AIT operations

Responsibilities

  • Lead assembly, integration, and test (AIT) activities to deliver systems ready for action.
  • Develop, refine, and maintain test plans, procedures, and documentation with precision and clarity.
  • Coordinate day-to-day test operations across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and external partners .
  • Drive troubleshooting and root-cause analysis during integration cycles.
  • Earn certification and operate as a Certified Test Conductor/Test Engineer (training provided).
  • Uphold Lockheed Martin’s gold standard for safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
