Requirements

Interim Secret Clearance required before start
Experience or willingness to learn AIT operations

Responsibilities

Lead assembly, integration, and test (AIT) activities to deliver systems ready for action.
Develop, refine, and maintain test plans, procedures, and documentation with precision and clarity.
Coordinate day-to-day test operations across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and external partners .
Drive troubleshooting and root-cause analysis during integration cycles.
Earn certification and operate as a Certified Test Conductor/Test Engineer (training provided).
Uphold Lockheed Martin’s gold standard for safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
