About The Position

Systems Integration Lab Lead The Opportunity: As a systems engineer, you understand the workings behind complex systems and architectures that support Command and Control, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C2ISR) programs. That knowledge is key when it comes to providing technical oversight and direct support with advanced Air, Ground, and Maritime ISR systems integration throughout the critical operational environments across global installations. At Booz Allen, you’ll use your engineering skills to support a broad range of mission partners in the DoW. Our team performs a wide range of technical development, engineering, integration, cybersecurity, and testing and evaluation of existing and new systems, including Cloud transport, SD-WAN or LAN network transport infrastructure and configurations, RF or SATCOM communication systems, and the associated cybersecurity posture for manned and unmanned ISR assets required under the DoW. This includes implementing best practices to enhance the C2ISR system performance and guarantee operational stability of infrastructure supporting mission-critical systems That’s why we need you, a systems engineer who understands what “No-Fail” means. You operate with extreme ownership and demonstrate full accountability for outcomes, proactively identifying problems, driving solutions, and ensuring completion without reliance on external direction. You take personal responsibility for mission success, team performance, and deliverable quality—owning both successes and failures. You anticipate risks, remove obstacles, and act decisively to close gaps before they impact schedule, cost, or performance. In this role, you will operate with a “no excuses” mindset while maintaining professional humility and continuous improvement. You’ll elevate team effectiveness by taking initiative beyond assigned responsibilities to support mission objectives. You’ll provide technical leadership encompassing design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and optimization for manned and unmanned C2ISR systems. Additionally, you’ll direct, advise, and assist with operational site integrations, proactively test and evaluate emerging capabilities for future requirements, monitor system functionality, manage security compliance with established military standards, reinforce configuration management rigor and standards, and directly report, advise, and direct on behalf of the government customer. The Systems Integration Lab (SIL) will coordinate efforts with the on-site Engineering Lead to ensure seamless performance and robust system health. Join us. The world can't wait.
