The DCC Systems Integration Engineer will develop, implement, and manage API gateways to integration applications across the Digital Command Center (DCC). DCC is based on ATOM, IBM's Federal Intelligent Data and Automation Platform which delivers Data Fabric, Intelligent Automation, and AI/ML services through a secure and scalable platform. The DCC serves as the central hub for consolidating and visualizing data, provides real-time program-wide transparent reporting and situational awareness, dashboards, reporting, modeling alternatives, critical path assessment, and maintains portfolio-level milestones.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field
  • 5+ years' experience
  • Agentic AI
  • Experience working in agile environment
  • Ability to support the integration of APIs and troubleshoot integration points as needed
  • Experience in creating development requirements for integrations
  • Ability to facilitate technical aspects of integration with client
  • Familiarity with cognitive, automation, and related emerging technologies and techniques
  • Proactively identify roadblocks
  • Must be eligible to obtain a Federal Clearance at some point after hired

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in aviation/with the FAA
  • Experience supporting Federal Clients
  • Familiarity with integrating APIs (i.e., REST, SOAP)
  • Program/Project General knowledge and experience with leading automation software projects
