  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience integrating complex electromechanical or robotic systems
  • Strong expertise in motion control, system dynamics, and feedback control systems
  • Proficiency in embedded programming using C or C++, with experience in system-level debugging
  • Practical experience working with motors, motor drivers, sensors, microcontrollers, and physical hardware
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems by seamlessly navigating mechanical, electrical, and software domains

Responsibilities

  • Integrate motors, sensors, actuators, and embedded controllers into complete and reliable electromechanical systems
  • Design, implement, tune, and validate motor control and motion systems, including system identification and performance optimization
  • Evaluate and improve system behavior, reliability, and motion performance through iterative testing
  • Diagnose and resolve system-level issues across hardware, firmware, and mechanical components
  • Collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical, and embedded software teams by providing real-time integration feedback
  • Plan and execute system integration, verification, and performance testing activities
  • Develop clear engineering documentation, including integration notes, test plans, and validation results
