We are seeking an engineering leader based in McKinney,Texas with responsibilities having significant impact, recognition, and growth in the organization. The position requires domain knowledge of Active Electronically Scanned Arrays (AESAs) and associated technologies and proven leadership skills to effectively lead multi-disciplinary teams in pursuit and program execution. This position is an onsite role, located in McKinney, TX.

Requirements

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience in AESA systems with design or test in one or more of the following: Systems engineering, Phase array antennas, Radio frequency (RF) modules, Beam-forming architectures, structures, Power and thermal, and Beam control firmware / software.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
• Active and existing security clearance required after day 1

• Effectively organize and lead multi-disciplinary teams through structured systems engineering, integration, and test activities, and detailed task planning to achieve on-time / on-schedule task execution
