About The Position

The Systems Implementation Support is responsible for supporting the systems implementation team and managing device acquisition and set-up as we migrate our properties from the current Operations Software to the new Operations Software. In addition, the team member will be responsible for attending meetings and getting feedback for further modifications and set-up. Establish collaborative working relationships and prepare for team meetings. Coordinate with implementation specialists for system transition, including planning and timeline management. Review and monitor transition issues/tickets. Participate in weekly implementation updates and reports. Support company values, philosophy, and policies. Organize time effectively to balance multiple property transitions. Constantly strive for improvements in work process and results to better meet company’s expectations Work Environment & Schedule: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be regularly sitting and/or standing, but occasionally there may be a requirement to stoop or lift light material or equipment (typically less than 10 pounds).
