Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in systems engineering supporting DOD programs.
• Education: MA/MS preferred in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, proficiency in systems design and integration, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, integrate, test, and analyze military electronics, computer networking systems, super-minicomputers, microcomputers, and digital and graphic display systems.
• Initiate, supervise, and develop requirements from a project's inception to conclusion for complex to highly complex programs.
• Provide strategic advice, technical guidance, and expertise to program and project staff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and compliance with operational requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting standards for engineering processes and outcomes.
