The Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) Systems Engineering (SE) Capability Team is seeking a Systems Engineering First Line Manager with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience to lead a team of talented engineers responsible for providing SE and MBSE expertise to various programs and projects across the enterprise. This position is located at one of the following locations: Huntsville, AL, Arlington, VA, Berkeley, MO, El Segundo and Huntington Beach, CA, Everett, Seattle and Tukwila, WA, Mesa, AZ, Oklahoma City, OK and Philadelphia, PA. We're looking for a leader with strong interpersonal skills who is passionate about supporting the professional development and needs of the team, prioritizes safety and quality, thrives on collaborating with others to solve problems, is a self-starter with an inherent bias towards taking action, and honors and achieves commitments to deliver valuable results to the enterprise.
