Boeing Defense, Space, and Security (BDS) Experimental Systems Group (ESG) is seeking a Systems Engineering Manager to support the team in Herndon, VA. ESG works with proprietary customers in the development of the next-generation technologies. Our ground design and mission team focuses on rapid prototyping to demonstrate a host of mission-focused technologies for a variety of customers. The group works all facets of engineering from technology investment, concept development, requirements and design, build, integration, test, and operations of products in their relevant environments. This manager will be a part of a high-performing team that is immersed in high intensity projects. As a member of our team you will have the opportunity to develop and implement department business and technical strategies, manage department resources, and provide oversight and approval on technical approaches, products, and processes.
