About The Position
Collins Aerospace is looking to hire a Systems Engineering Manager for the Data Links & Tactical Communication Systems portfolio under Mission Systems C4I&A organization. This Manager will be leading a multidisciplinary team with all elements of the design process including system-level trades, requirements development, system architecture and design, performance assessment, integration and test, verification, validation, and support of fielded products. This position is based at our Aguadilla, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered. This role is categorized as hybrid, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote following the schedule assigned by the Manager.
