As a Systems Engineering Intern at REGENT, you'll help ensure our seagliders meet the technical, safety, and regulatory requirements needed to operate as a first-of-its-kind vehicle. You'll gain practical experience in system architecture, requirements development, safety assessments, and verification and validation (V&V) activities - all foundational skills for developing complex, safety-critical systems. You'll work alongside experienced systems, software, mechanical, controls, and test engineers to support subsystem evaluations, requirements compliance checks, safety documentation, and early certification artifacts. This role offers hands-on exposure to the systems thinking that ties together business needs, safety constraints, engineering decisions, and regulatory standards. If you're energized by working at the intersection of cutting-edge innovation, real-world impact, and hands-on engineering, you'll be in the right place - and we'd be thrilled to have you on the team!
