About The Position

As a Systems Engineer you will bridge the gap between Systems Administrators and Systems Architects, tackling advanced technical challenges while shaping and implementing cutting-edge solutions. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required
• 3+ years experience in IT systems administration and engineering required
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., Azure, Hyper-V, VMware, Azure Local)

Nice To Haves

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)) preferred

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage complex IT systems, including servers, storage, and network infrastructure
• Manage and support OT related systems for maximum up time and reliability
• Maintain and update documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability
• Assist in the development and deployment of new technologies and solutions.
• Ensure security and compliance standards are met across all systems
• Collaborate with Systems Administrators to troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution
• Perform regular system audits and generate reports on system health and performance
• Interface with vendors and stakeholders to ensure optimal system functionality
