Learn more about us: https://weinfuse.com/blog/ WeInfuse is looking for a Systems Engineer to help us protect our systems, support our team, and keep our infrastructure running securely. This role has an equal focus on IT support and security operations. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys variety, wants to grow across both disciplines, and is energized by solving real problems in a fast-moving environment. This position will report directly to our executive team and have high visibility across the entire organization. You’ll act as the “go-to” problem solver for any internal troubleshooting, operate with a high level of autonomy, and play an integral part in ensuring our organization remains secure and HIPAA compliant.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting both MacOS and Windows environments
  • Understanding of networking concepts - DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls
  • Basic familiarity with endpoint security tools and security best practices
  • Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact for hardware & software issues across Mac & PC environments
  • Set-up, configure, and maintain employee devices, accounts, and peripherals
  • Manage user provisioning and deprovisioning across SaaS tools and internal systems
  • Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and support ticketing
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, escalating complex issues as needed
  • Monitor and respond to security alerts across endpoints and network systems
  • Support compliance efforts including audit preparation, access, reviews, and policy documentation
  • Assist with identity & access management (AIM) and enforce least-privilege principles
  • Help Maintain & improve network security configurations including VPN and firewall rules
