About The Position

As a member of our Systems Engineer team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and support of our Jira instance, including its integrations and automations. You will lead initiatives to implement new business logic and workflows at the enterprise level. Beyond Jira, you’ll have opportunities to expand your impact by contributing to our knowledge base, Confluence, and by developing integrations with other operational systems and tools. Leveraging your technical expertise, you will identify, analyze, and deliver solutions to complex business challenges. We are also looking for someone who possesses a strong interest in AI tooling, with a particular focus on administering and defining best practices for company-wide AI tools. Significant advantage for candidates with hands-on experience in administering enterprise-wide AI platforms.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • You have deep experience in supporting Atlassian Cloud infrastructure, most notably Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience in various endpoint management solutions such as Jamf, Intune/Endpoint Manager.
  • Experience with Okta, Jamf Pro & Group Management rules.
  • Strong understanding and experience using Okta
  • Familiarity with SOX and HIPAA compliance rules.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 product suites is a plus as well as a background in AD and Entra ID integration management.
  • Knowledge of Server OS, privilege/access control, and virtualization.

Responsibilities

  • Automation Expertise: Experienced in building automations using APIs and workflow utilities (e.g., Okta Workflows, Zapier, etc).
  • Identity and Access Management: Proven ability to manage and support SSO/IdP solutions (e.g., Okta, Azure).
  • Device Management: Comfortable managing computers and mobile devices through MDMs (e.g., Jamf, InTune).
  • Proactive & Organized: Constantly assesses IT platform configurations, recommending improvements. Highly organized and process-driven, anticipating and mitigating friction points in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment to ensure an enjoyable employee experience. Enjoys streamlining processes and automating IT systems.
  • Team Player: Willing to assist other IT members in problem resolution.
