About The Position

Purpose: We’re looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Cloud Systems Engineer to design, implement, and support our Microsoft ecosystem across Azure, Intune, and Microsoft 365. This role sits at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, endpoint management, identity, and collaboration services. You’ll be responsible for keeping our environment secure, scalable, and user-friendly—while continuously improving our operations on the Microsoft cloud. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Microsoft systems engineering or cloud administration
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure, Intune, and Microsoft 365
  • Deep knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID, Conditional Access, and identity security
  • Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and administration
  • Experience supporting modern workplace and endpoint management strategies
  • Solid understanding of networking, security, and compliance best practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Experience supporting end users remotely across multiple communication channels
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for both hardware and software issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – especially with non-technical users
  • Demonstrated patience, empathy, and customer service focus under pressure
