Systems Engineer Team Lead
About The Position
The Systems Engineer Team Lead is responsible for designing, securing, and managing the Bank’s core infrastructure across on‑premises, hybrid, and cloud environments. This senior technical role oversees virtualization, Windows server systems, storage, networking, backup and recovery, disaster‑recovery operations, and vulnerability management while ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards. The position maintains high system availability, audit‑ready documentation, and resilient DR capabilities; leads cloud service governance for IaaS, DRaaS, and SaaS platforms; and drives patching, hardening, monitoring, and risk remediation across the infrastructure. The role also provides leadership to engineering staff, partners with security and networking teams, supports audits and regulatory exams, and serves as an escalation point for major incidents and infrastructure projects.
