As the Systems Engineer Staff - Level 4, you will lead the development of F‑35 Combat Systems Flight Test Requirements and coordinate their execution with flight test sites. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or STEM discipline
• Flight testing and flight test planning
• Experience with developing test plans from system requirements, software requirements, or hardware requirements
• Experience in Mission Systems/Combat Systems capabilities within aircraft platform(s)

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Mission Systems and Weapon System Architectures
• Familiarity or Experience In Lab Integration and Test
• Experience with test planning and execution from System Design requirements to lab/flight test
• Systems Engineering Development and Integration & Test experience
• Experienced working with multiple engineering teams
• Demonstrated communication skills, written and oral with senior level management and internal/external customers

Responsibilities

• Leading creation and prioritization of flight test requirements for new capabilities, regressions, and verification
• Coordinating between Combat Systems and Flight Test sites to ensure seamless test execution
• Planning and overseeing testing activities, including regression and verification of fixes
• Gathering and analyzing feedback from flight test sites to resolve product issues before completion
