About The Position

You will be the Systems Engineer Staff - Level 4 for the ADP Systems Engineering team which is responsible for delivering cutting‑edge ADP product solutions across the development lifecycle. What You Will Be Doing As the Systems Engineer Staff - Level 4 you will be responsible for leading systems engineering activities that ensure mission success and technical integrity. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing, decomposing, tracking, and verifying requirements; supporting Functional Configuration Audits and risk assessments. - Providing systems and subsystem integration and test support, collaborating with program management. - Authoring and managing Statements of Work (SOWs) and Engineering Requirements Documents (ERDs) for subcontractors and vendors. - Applying Earned Value Measurement Systems (EVMS) and driving technical leadership across product phases. - Guiding technical planning, supplier specifications, and lifecycle support from development through sustainment. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Top Secret clearance to start.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or Above from an accredited university in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related technical degree
  • Experience in systems engineering processes, requirements generation and decomposition, tracking, and/or verification
  • Experience in customer interactions such as design reviews and facilitating weekly IPT meetings
  • Experience with digital engineering or model-based engineering
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
  • This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
  • The selected candidate must possess an active Top Secret clearance to start.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to work with different engineering disciplines and suppliers to derive, decompose, and verify requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience developing a system architecture
  • Knowledge of Agile SAFe methodology
  • Work experience with operational modeling tools within the confines of a Risk Managed Framework (RMF)
  • Experience with Mission Systems applications
  • Previous integration and test experience
  • Control Account Manager (CAM) experience; CAM-Certification
