As a THAAD System Engineering Technical Lead for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) program, you will serve as the primary technical interface between the customer and LM program management.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Engineering
Experience with missile defense systems (THAAD, Patriot, Aegis, etc.)
Experience with supporting and troubleshooting system level integration
Experience supporting proposal efforts
Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance; US Citizenship Required

Nice To Haves

Understanding of overall system engineering process
Knowledge of AGILE process
Active Secret Security Clearance
Deep knowledge and understanding of the THAAD Weapon System
Experience briefing leadership (internal and external) on issues
Experience troubleshooting system level integration and testing events with THAAD
Experience developing a technical baseline for proposal activities

Responsibilities

Be responsible for identify and documenting future capability development for the THAAD KSA Program
Be responsible for ensuring all LM components are in sync on technical issues and future capability development plans
Be responsible for supporting THAAD KSA proposal efforts, providing technical input/insight
Coordinate acrooss development, production and post-production components
Be the primary interface with the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) KSA Chief Engineer
Lead technical solutions to emerging KSA THAAD issues
Attend and approval all KSA related changes at WSEIT CCB
