About The Position

You will be the Systems Engineer (Radar/EW) - Level 4 for the Skunk Works which is responsible for advancing radar and electronic warfare capabilities on Lockheed Martin’s most advanced aeronautics programs. What You Will Be Doing As the Systems Engineer (Radar/EW) - Level 4 you will be responsible for delivering high‑performance RF solutions that enable mission‑critical radar and EW systems across the product lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include: Perform RF engineering analyses and modeling for radar and electronic warfare subsystems. Contribute to system design, development, integration, test, and production activities. Apply Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices to create and maintain digital system models. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to validate requirements and ensure seamless integration. Support sustainment and troubleshoot performance issues throughout the hardware lifecycle. Requirements

  • Bachelor of science degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline or equivalent experience
  • Experience in systems engineering lifecycle development, requirements decomposition, and application of processes and tools
  • Experience with Radar and Electronic Warfare principles and sensor operations
  • Familiarity with antennas and/or Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) designs and integrations
  • Experience working independently and in cross functional or small technical teams
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
  • The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Radar, EW, and/or sensor hardware design, physical interfaces, and sensor integration onto airborne platforms
  • Experience with Supplier Management
  • Familiarity with Agile Methodology and processes
  • Familiarity with use of Confluence and JIRA
  • Understanding of LM systems engineering processes
  • Experience with Military and/or Government programs
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
