Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience Government projects at the systems-level
  • 4+ years of experience in system wide analysis for software systems or software development
  • 4+ years of experience with Technology Analysis and Assessment, Design Definition, Development of Systems Specification, Systems Analysis, Systems Architecture, Systems or Equipment Integration, Test and Evaluation Criteria, and Logistics support of C4ISR requirements
  • Knowledge of Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) and Systems Engineering Analysis
  • Ability to develop technical documentation and create design artifacts
  • Ability to analyze customer capabilities and develop requirements
  • Top Secret
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Tactical Radio or Data Link products
  • Experience with Navy and Air Force employment
  • Experience in the development and interpretation of technical documents, including investigative reports
  • Experience with the development of technical stakeholder briefings
  • Possession of strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Possession of strong communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop program-level documentation, including briefings, white papers, and transition plans.
  • Attend high-level planning meetings as well as lower-level technical exchanges with government and industry representatives.
  • Work with software development teams to ensure new products and applications meet the mission and interoperability requirements.
  • Facilitate technical discussions among industry, platforms, systems, and test engineers, and track and resolve technical issues.
  • Interface with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate identify system capability gaps, ensure interoperability, and support high level operational planning.
  • Support the technical teams with technical program management and systems engineering for the MIDS through all stages in the acquisition process
  • Coordinate and support Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR), Engineering Change Proposal (ECP), and other formal and informal events.
  • Assess planned product baselines for effectiveness and identify all issues and risks to fielding or performance.
  • Support LRF requirements analysis and integrated DoD Architecture Framework products, including end to end data strategies that result in specifications, interface documents, Trade Study Analysis or Top-Down Functional Analysis, allocation to baselines, and prioritized technical roadmaps with gap analysis.
