About The Position

The ideal candidate is a career systems engineer who is experienced leading a large team of System Engineers focused on research, analysis, design, and development activities that will support evolution of the Navy Enterprise Tactical Training Network (NETTN) to keep pace with the needs of live, virtual, and constructive training events. The likely salary range for this position is $147,292 - $199,278. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

Requirements

  • 5 + years of related experience
  • US Citizenship Required
  • Must have an active DoW Top Secret clearance.
  • 5-8 years of related hands-on experience, including systems engineering, systems architecture, and systems development
  • At least 3 years experience managing personnel as a contractor, ideally oversight of a team of 30 or more engineers, rather than solely managing engineering processes
  • Bachelors degree with a STEM-related major
  • Project management experience
  • Network operations experience, including network operations center, LAN/WAN
  • Cybersecurity experience, including cyber operations, Risk Management Framework (RMF), inspections and assessments, and planning support
  • 8570/8140 – IATIII certification, to include one or more of the following: CASP CE, CCNP, CISA, and CISSP (or Associate)
