Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI W/ Polygraph with this Customer
  • High School diploma or GED plus 12 years of general systems engineering experience, OR Bachelor’s degree in a qualified engineering field or related discipline plus 7 years of systems engineering experience, OR Master’s degree in a qualified engineering field or related discipline plus 5 years of systems engineering experience, OR PhD in a qualified engineering field or related discipline plus 3 years of systems engineering experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in requirements analysis, system architecture development, and system integration.
  • Experience developing systems engineering documentation and technical plans.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging technical teams, government stakeholders, and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze user requirements, Concept of Operations (CONOPS), and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
  • Analyze system requirements and lead system design and development activities.
  • Guide users in formulating requirements, recommend alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies.
  • Provide technical leadership for integrating requirements, design, and enabling technologies.
  • Incorporate new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operational environments.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture and system design artifacts.
  • Support system development and implementation planning through Systems Engineering Management Plans (SEMPs) and System Integration and Test Plans.
  • Interface with Government stakeholders on systems engineering technical considerations, issues, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure the technical integrity of systems engineering work products and associated deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with program personnel, government oversight organizations, and senior executives.
