Performs duties as level two support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues for various desktops, laptops, printers and network devices in a Windows network environment with various business applications. Assists the Network Engineers in supporting the corporate network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, servers, workstations, mobile devices, etc.).
