  • Monitors, analyzes, troubleshoots, and/or evaluates hardware, software and other network related problems
  • Provide technical expertise for performance and/or configuration of the enclave networks and systems.
  • Performs general LAN/CAN/WAN administration, including switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers. Familiarity with Cisco IOS, F5 BIG-IP, Palo Alto hardware and software a plus.
  • Schedules, coordinates and executes firmware upgrades and hardware migrations.
  • Coordinates with all responsible users and external orgs to resolve network or system incidents.
  • Familiarity with the AWS cloud environment, in particular EC2 and VPC
  • Familiarity with configuring DNS BIND
  • Familiarity with running common commands in Linux OS.
  • Familiarity with scripting and automation, particularly Ansible, is a plus.
  • Fourteen (14) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
  • Compliance with DoD 8570.01-M with a minimum certification of IAM Level II (CAP or CASP+ CE or CISM or CISSP (or Associate) or GSLC or CCISO or HCISPP)
  • MUST have a current TS/SCI Polygraph clearance to apply for role.
