We put our systems together, exercise them in the lab or in the field, measure and analyze performance, and make sure our products work the first time and every time. To accomplish this, we develop plans and procedures, debug and evaluate system functions and interfaces, develop test environments, and work together with our customers. We have a is a highly dynamic development program in which you will be contributing directly to requirements development and decomposition of complex subsystems as well as developing the verification approach. Additionally, you will collaborate with other Engineering disciplines to help define requirements, interfaces, subsystem behavior, and subsystems integration into the overall system. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining SE Artifacts. This role will see a wide spectrum of the development lifecycle from requirement development, qualification/verification, and fleet deployment support. This position is on site, no remote work available.

  • Develop, maintain, and improve system and subsystem requirements, interfaces, behaviors and architecture
  • Perform requirements flow down / allocation and traceability along with development of the Requirements Verification Matrix
  • Support system performance analysis, test equipment, and Integration and Test
  • Utilize a variety of enabling technologies such as Cameo Model Based Systems Engineering and DOORS for Requirement Management
  • Facilitate technical discussions with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across multiple engineering disciplines to identify and formulate plans of action, trades or analysis
  • Requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of Two (2) years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Systems Engineering.
  • Experience on Missile Programs.
  • Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering and associated tools.
  • Active and transferrable US Government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Ability to perform trade studies to optimize system performance.
  • Familiarity with military systems; tactics, techniques, and procedures along with DoD customer infrastructure experience.
  • Understanding of Systems Engineering Product Development Cycle.
  • Familiarity with system safety, reliability, and configuration management.
  • Strong collaboration skills with a focus on working effectively with Software and GNC teams.
