About The Position

At Raytheon, the foundation of everything we do is rooted in our values and a higher calling – to help our nation and allies defend freedoms and deter aggression. With over 100 years of experience and renowned engineering expertise, Raytheon aims to meet today’s mission needs and stay ahead of tomorrow’s threats by solving tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world. The Electronic Warfare and Airborne Sensors department within the Space and Air Sensors; Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities (SE&TC) organization is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the design, development, and testing of cutting-edge Electronic Warfare (EW) technology for a suite of products across multiple programs. This role involves activities such as architecture development, requirements management, and development oversight for signal processing systems and software defined RF systems (radar, communications, and/or EW). The ideal candidate is an energetic, focused, and capable engineer with strong organizational skills, a drive to learn and grow, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to operate semi-independently with limited supervision. They should also be a strong team player capable of establishing solid working relationships with technical staff, customers, and peers. This position offers an opportunity to work on novel technology relevant for years to come, enabling accelerated future career growth.
