Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world. We are seeking an innovative and talented Systems Engineer to join our systems calibration team. The candidate must have the ability to be a technically minded problem-solver, be able to focus on the task at hand.
Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 2 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience.
- Experience developing and maintaining software applications using modern and legacy scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl, Shell scripting, SQL or similar)
- Experience in signals analysis, including processing, interpreting, and analyzing complex data sets (e.g., RF, sensor, waveform, or time-series data)
- Experience with standard configuration management tools (git, GitLab, etc.)
- Experience integrating algorithms into operational or production software environments.
- Experience using analysis tools and environments such as MATLAB, Python (NumPy/SciPy/Pandas), or equivalent
- An active and transferable TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for the required security clearance.

- Experience with C/C++, Java or similar.
- Experience with front end web development (html, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Perform system calibrations using signals analysis techniques to assess performance, identify anomalies, and ensure accuracy against requirements.
- Analyze complex signal data to support calibration activities, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
- Develop, modify, and maintain software scripts to automate calibration processes, data collection, and analysis.
- Apply signal processing methods to interpret calibration results and validate system behavior.
- Document calibration procedures, analysis results, and software tools to support repeatable and compliant processes.
