About The Position

Sourcing for a Mission Customer Outreach Liaison who is responsible for collaborating with mission customers in support of Video, Image, Speech, and Text Analytic capabilities. The successful candidate must have demonstrated experience with the deployment, operations, and maintenance of mission capabilities. Mission analyst and operations experience, and general knowledge of AI/ML technologies is a plus. Strong customer support and outreach skills are critical. Knowledge and use of Jira, Confluence, Hustle and Skype collaboration platforms are required. Seven (7) years’ experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
