This position is crucial for ensuring seamless library systems and integrations for both staff and patrons. The role involves supporting library staff by implementing stable, efficient workflows and rolling out product features, and supporting patrons by facilitating library card registration, material discovery, account management, and online access to integrated services. The emphasis is on patron experience, access, and usability, understanding how system behavior and stability impact public service outcomes. This is a new position resulting from a multi-year funding and governance evaluation process within the cooperative library system, which is a partnership between the county, 9 cities, and 3 nonprofit associations.
