About The Position

Systems engineering is all about collaboration. Collaboration with other systems engineers on your team, collaboration with other engineering disciplines throughout design and development, and collaboration with program leadership and customers. As a Systems Engineer on the Advanced Data Links Team, you will be part of a multi-functional team of engineers leading the development of our communications datalinks products supporting our military and their partners. We are looking for talented individuals that love to problem solve and have a desire to grow and gain exposure to new skills. Requirements

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.​ U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • Active and existing security clearance required after day 1

Nice To Haves

  • Strong Preference for current DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Familiarity with comm engineering architectures (e.g: general radio transceiver architectures/designs, basic radio functional component blocks, performance specifications and test methodologies)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, experience presenting technical data
  • Experience with Python scripting, test automation

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with a highly motivated and dedicated team of professionals supporting Datalinks product development efforts, helping to provide security enabled solutions to our channel facing partners.
  • Participate in the systems development lifecycle, including trade study execution, system design, requirements definition, requirements allocation, requirement traceability, systems integration, verification testing and qualification.
  • Collaborate across many engineering disciplines to execute program milestones
