Systems Assembly/Installation Technician
About The Position
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to) Pull and organize hydraulic parts according to specific job build sheets for parts sales and for installation on new OEM equipment Utilize drawings and schematics to build hose assemblies and various parts Test and install electrical and hydraulic components Completing final connections to valves, pressure transmitters, and various other components Pack various components, kits, etc. for shipping (OEM and parts sales) Work with Systems, Service and Shipping to complete part sales Help maintain inventory Maintain a clean work space Work on, in and around OEM equipment in a manufacturing atmosphere Shop environment - assembly on a bench and installation on OEM equipment
Requirements
- Mechanical and technical aptitude
- Occasionally requires crawling in and out of tight work spaces during installation
- Strong organizational, communication and documentation skills
- Team player, detail oriented, flexible and able to work with minimal supervision
- High School diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Experience with mobile equipment electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- The ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics
