About The Position

The Systems Architect designs, implements, and manages Information Technology (IT) infrastructure for the company. They lead and guide the work of technical staff, analyzing system requirements and ensuring that systems offer security, are effectively integrated with current applications, and are working at optimal levels. The Systems Architect plans project stages and assesses business implications for each stage, monitoring progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.

  • Bachelor’s Degree (4-year college or technical school) or Work Equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in Information Technology
  • Experience with Intranet Architecture, Windows Domain Management, Server and Virtual Server Administration, IIS Website Management, ERP Solutions, ADP Software, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Azure and Azure AD, Licensing Management, Microsoft SQL Server Administration

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage work breakdown structure (WBS)ofinformation technology projects.
  • Develop, manage, or update project plans for projects including projectobjectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing.
  • Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
  • Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Develop implementation planswithanalyses such as cost-benefit or return on investment (ROI).
  • Negotiate with project stakeholders or suppliers to obtain resources or materials.
  • Assess current or future customer needs and priorities through communicating directly with customers, conducting surveys, or other methods.
  • Perform risk assessments to develop response strategies.
  • Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Plan, implement, and oversee major modifications to company systems infrastructure.
  • Implement andmaintainnetwork security.
  • Oversee administration of all company owned systems, laptops, andPDAdevices.
