As a Manager in the Spectrum Convergence Integrated Engineering organization, the successful candidate will be responsible for technical leadership, management, and development of their team in support of one or more Spectrum Convergence programs. This person will be responsible for proposals and program execution related their program(s) of responsibility. The candidate will be responsible for managing a cross-discipline team in support of product development. Management of this team includes staffing, performance evaluation, and talent development.
