Senior Systems Analyst – Job Description The Expertise You Have · Bachelor’s degree required; technology-related field preferred · 5+ years of project delivery experience in a systems or business analyst role · 3+ years working on agile teams delivering value in digital products (Agile/Scrum experience preferred) · Experience with systems development methodologies and formal documentation processes · Proven track record of delivering in a fast-paced, evolving environment · Experience with project management in a technology/software development organization · Experience crafting web-based transactional applications in Agile/Scrum methodology, including requirements, user stories, and project tracking using JIRA · Knowledge of the financial services industry and contact center/telephony space is a plus · Experience with APIs is a plus · Experience with contact center integration projects · Familiarity with Genesys or similar telephony platforms The Skills You Bring · Exceptional communication skills as a writer, presenter, and facilitator, both written and verbal · Strong collaboration and consensus-building abilities · Results-oriented mindset with the ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels · Proactive team player who understands how systems applications can solve business problems and meet objectives · Excellent interpersonal skills, including negotiation, communication, and influence · Broad application/technology knowledge (e.g., SQL, use case writing, business process and system workflow documentation) and recognized expertise in two or more areas · Highly developed organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines · Entrepreneurial thinker, comfortable embracing, proposing, and leading change · Experience solving complex business problems and translating them into simple software solutions, and Experience in handling L1 and L2 tickets and client reported issues · Comfortable working in a highly matrixed environment involving multiple partners and technical groups, Prepare weekly/monthly reports on issues reported, fixed etc and Channelized the tickets to L3 and L4, track it to closure as per SLA
