About The Position

We’re searching for a Systems Analyst (Epic MyChart) . In this position, you will review, analyze, and modify programming systems including configuration, testing, debugging, and documenting applications. You will also consult with customers to identify current operation procedures and to clarify program objectives. Additional responsibilities include workflow administration, data management and performing minor modifications to the application. Think you’ve got what it takes?

Requirements

Required H.S. Diploma or GED
Required 4 years' experience in information systems
Bachelor’s degree will substitute four (4) years of work experience
Master’s degree will substitute for two (2) years of work experience.
Up to one (1) year of clinical patient care and/or clinical research experience may substitute for the one (1) year of required information systems experience on a month-to-month basis

Nice To Haves

Hospital information systems experience - preferred
Epic MyChart- experience preferred

Responsibilities

Translates users’ needs into detail requirement specifications
Identifies system or application needs
Analysis of current business practices, user needs and workflow processes
Document the current as is & to be business processes
Assists in vendor analysis and selection
Investigate alternative solutions including feasibility studies using results from vendor analysis/evaluations
Supports the system installation through the implementation cycle
Performs configuration analysis for system design associated small and less complex projects
Analyzes system problems and modifications
Coordinates implementation and upgrades of integrated systems
