About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst to join our technology team and help drive innovation, efficiency, and operational excellence across the organization. This role blends business analysis, system optimization, AI/automation enablement, integrations, and enterprise application support . The ideal candidate is analytical, tech-savvy, and passionate about using modern tools—including AI—to improve business processes.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
  • Experience with system analysis, design methodologies, and the SDLC.
  • Knowledge of application testing methods (functional, performance, security).
  • Familiarity with AI/ML tools (hands-on experience is a plus).
  • Experience with automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, BetterCloud).
  • Understanding of data integrations, APIs, and databases (Webhooks, Postman, etc.).
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex integrated systems.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (ClickUp, Smartsheet).
  • Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (e.g., ManageEngine ServiceDesk).
  • Working knowledge of Office 365 suite administration.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Clear and effective verbal/written communication.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Strong sense of confidentiality, integrity, and mission alignment.
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm for continuous learning.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
  • Analyze workflows and design efficient, scalable, and secure system solutions.
  • Configure, customize, and optimize cloud and off-the-shelf applications.
  • Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities (RPA, chatbots, NLP, predictive analytics).
  • Support systems integrations (APIs, SFTP, iPaaS, HL7) and ensure data accuracy and performance.
  • Test applications, troubleshoot issues, and assist with deployments and updates.
  • Create documentation, training materials, and provide end-user support.
  • Build dashboards and reports; analyze data to drive process improvements.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and participate in cross-functional projects.
  • Maintain compliance with security and data protection standards.
