About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst to join our technology team and help drive innovation, efficiency, and operational excellence across the organization. This role blends business analysis, system optimization, AI/automation enablement, integrations, and enterprise application support . The ideal candidate is analytical, tech-savvy, and passionate about using modern tools—including AI—to improve business processes.

Requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
Experience with system analysis, design methodologies, and the SDLC.
Knowledge of application testing methods (functional, performance, security).
Familiarity with AI/ML tools (hands-on experience is a plus).
Experience with automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, BetterCloud).
Understanding of data integrations, APIs, and databases (Webhooks, Postman, etc.).
Ability to troubleshoot complex integrated systems.
Experience with Agile project management tools (ClickUp, Smartsheet).
Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (e.g., ManageEngine ServiceDesk).
Working knowledge of Office 365 suite administration.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Clear and effective verbal/written communication.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Strong sense of confidentiality, integrity, and mission alignment.
Adaptability and enthusiasm for continuous learning.

Responsibilities

Gather and translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
Analyze workflows and design efficient, scalable, and secure system solutions.
Configure, customize, and optimize cloud and off-the-shelf applications.
Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities (RPA, chatbots, NLP, predictive analytics).
Support systems integrations (APIs, SFTP, iPaaS, HL7) and ensure data accuracy and performance.
Test applications, troubleshoot issues, and assist with deployments and updates.
Create documentation, training materials, and provide end-user support.
Build dashboards and reports; analyze data to drive process improvements.
Collaborate with IT teams and participate in cross-functional projects.
Maintain compliance with security and data protection standards.
