Systems Analyst Sr Advisor
About The Position
Systems Analyst Sr Advisor Location: Ideal candidates will be able to report to our Pulse Point location at 12898 Towne Center Drive, Cerritos, CA 90703. This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm The Systems Analyst Sr Advisor is responsible for understanding complex systems with multiple Tier-1 system integrations and managing multiple eligibility feeds utilizing proprietary and 834 X12 benefit enrollment and maintenance specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Eight (8) years of experience working in related occupation(s), which must include:
- Eight (8) years of Information Technology experience.
- Five (5) years of experience defining functional, usability, reliability, performance, and support requirements of a system.
- Five (5) years of experience in master data strategies and processes, including the definition of data types, functional views, attributes, fields values, and status.
- Five (5) years of experience managing and automating complex data pipelines within a large healthcare technology organization.
- Five (5) years of experience managing, maintaining, and analyzing master data with Coperor MDM Solutions and Master Data Governance.
- Five (5) years of experience with all segments of ASC X12 834 transaction for benefit enrollment and maintenance.
- Five (5) years of experience working in an Agile development lifecycle and tools, including Jira and Jira Align.
- Five (5) years of experience in data quality management and data governance implementation practices, and technologies and tools.
- Five (5) years of experience organizing and producing complex data evaluation and recommendations using tools, including SQL.
- Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related, and six (6) years of experience. Must have skills listed above.
Responsibilities
- Utilize master data management.
- Understand feature and story development within a Scaled Agile framework.
- Perform release management planning and coordination of technical resources.
- Utilize API request response requirements and integration.
- Serve as technical subject matter expert.
- Proactively work with stakeholders to identify future system opportunities and enhancements.
- Perform gap analysis between current state and future state.
