About The Position

Provide systems analysis support for interfacing business and computer application systems. Develop or modify procedures to solve complex business problems considering client needs, application capabilities and industry requirements. Work with Business Analysts, Developers, Operations, and other tech partners to ensure effective design. This is considered a technical expert role and not business-facing. Experience leveraging Generative AI, agentic AI capabilities, and advanced automation frameworks to modernize testing practices, improve regression efficiency, and accelerate functional/SIT quality assurance within workflow-driven platforms such as RSA Archer. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology-related field, or equivalent education and related training
  • Six years of experience or equivalent proficiency in application analysis and design
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or as a member of a team
  • Ability to direct and train other team associates
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products

  • AI-Driven Test Automation: Ability to integrate GenAI and autonomous test agents to automatically generate, execute, and optimize test cases and regression suites.
  • Automation for Archer/GRC: Experience developing automation frameworks and API/RPA-based testing solutions tailored for workflow-driven platforms like RSA Archer.
  • GenAI Prompt Engineering: Skilled in crafting and refining prompts to generate high‑quality test cases, test data, and defect summaries using LLM tools.
  • AI/ML Quality Assurance: Familiar with validating LLM behaviors—including accuracy, bias, and safety—within applications that embed AI capabilities.
  • Agentic AI Orchestration: Ability to design and manage multi-agent AI workflows that automate test cycles, environment readiness, and regression prioritization.
  • Test Data Engineering: Proficient in using AI-assisted tools for synthetic data creation, masking, and integrity validation across complex datasets.
  • DevSecOps + AIOps Integration: Experience embedding AI-powered testing and monitoring tools into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality and stability.
  • Innovation in Testing: Demonstrated ability to introduce AI-driven efficiencies that reduce manual testing effort and accelerate SIT and regression outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, formulate and define requirements to solve intermediate to complex business problems.
  • Provide technical team members and users with assistance solving application related problems, such as malfunctions and program problems.
  • Analyze requirements, plan and design applications using techniques, such as structured analysis, data modeling and information engineering.
  • Plan and execute appropriate testing (e.g. test plans, test cases, and test scripts) to comprehensively test assigned enhancements to business applications.
  • Coordinate the installation and application enhancements and/or releases.
  • Expand or modify applications to serve new purposes or improve work flow.
  • Assess the usefulness of pre-developed application packages and adapt them to a user environment.
  • Develop, document and revise flow chart’s system design procedures, test procedures and quality standards.
  • Review and analyze applications, including performance results, to locate code problems.
  • Oversee work products of other Systems Analysts and serve as project leaders for small-sized systems projects.
