About The Position

The Systems Analyst I is responsible for providing production support and new development for internal applications at Ameriflex. This entry-level position involves collaborating with internal customers to address ongoing system needs, create new functionality, and support integration with third-party systems. The role requires working closely with the team to resolve issues and improve processes.

Requirements

2 years of experience developing software applications using MVC Frameworks, .NET, and C#.
Understanding of SQL and experience with stored procedures, views, triggers, and functions (Beginner).
Source control as Bitbucket or Git
Familiarity with Agile development practices and the Scrum framework (Beginner).
Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively (Beginner).
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in software development and support.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with software development tools, databases, and scripting.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of KendoUI, Bootstrap, KnockoutJS, Razor, Dapper, and nUnit is preferred (Beginner).
Basic understanding of JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and JSON (Beginner).

Responsibilities

Application Development and Support: Develop scripts and applications using C#, .NET, and/or and perform SQL-related tasks, including writing stored procedures, views, triggers, functions, and complex queries (Beginner).
Production Monitoring: Perform daily monitoring of IT-supported applications and processes, addressing any issues that arise (Beginner).
User Support and Requirements Gathering: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external customers to gather requirements and propose solutions based on existing infrastructure (Beginner).
Problem Resolution and Issue Reporting: Identify and report challenges, working closely with the team to develop resolutions (Beginner).
Team Collaboration and Process Improvement: Participate in collaborative efforts to optimize existing processes and support enterprise-wide projects (Beginner).
Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by management (Beginner).
