About The Position

We are strengthening our technical foundation by improving how our applications, vendors, and data platforms work together. The Systems Integration Analyst is a key role in ensuring our systems run smoothly, supporting business operations, and enabling technical improvements. Success requires someone who can understand business processes, troubleshoot issues, plan system improvements, and provide guidance on how systems should work together. This position is critical in maintaining operational stability, building vendor relationships, supporting upgrades and projects, and raising the technical capability of the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
  • 0-3+ years of Professional Experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration across business and IT teams
  • Customer-service orientation and business consulting mindset
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of: Core banking platforms (e.g., Symitar) Digital banking ecosystems Payments or lending platforms
  • Languages & Scripting: SQL, JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, HTML/CSS
  • Integration & Data: REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, ETL concepts, file-based data transfers
  • Monitoring & Support: Application logs, error tracking, basic DevOps awareness, alerting tools
  • Testing & Configuration: UAT support, scripts for testing or automation, configuration management
  • Development Support: Front-end JavaScript enhancements, small automation programs, minor reporting and workflow scripts
  • Ability to read and reason through technical documentation and API specs.
  • FINGER DEXTERITY: Using primarily just the fingers to make small movements such as typing, picking up small objects, or pinching fingers together.
  • TALKING: Especially where one must frequently convey detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately, loudly, or quickly.
  • AVERAGE HEARING: Able to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information.

  • REASONING ABILITY: Ability to deal with a variety of variables under only limited standardization. Able to interpret various instructions.
  • MATHEMATICS ABILITY: Ability to perform basic math skills, use decimals to compute ratios and percentages, and to draw and interpret graphs.
  • LANGUAGE ABILITY: Ability to read a variety of books, magazines, instruction manuals, and reports Ability to prepare memos, reports, and essays using proper punctuation, spelling, and grammar. Ability to communicate distinctly with appropriate pauses and emphasis; correct punctuation (or sign equivalent) and variation in word order.

Responsibilities

  • Application Support & Technical Troubleshooting Serve as a primary point of contact for application issues, including identifying, diagnosing, and resolving problems
  • Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend preventive actions for recurring issues
  • Support upgrades, patches, and new releases, including testing and validation
  • Business Partnership & Consulting Work closely with business users to understand outcomes, not just feature requests
  • Learn and understand how systems work, dependencies, and impacts across platforms
  • Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions or system configurations
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and production validation
  • System Planning, Sustaining, & Upgrades Participate in application upgrade planning, patch cycles, and system improvements
  • Identify opportunities to improve system stability, reduce manual processes, and automate tasks
  • Maintain documentation of system configurations, workflows, and processes
  • Vendor & Platform Coordination Serve as a technical liaison with vendors and SaaS providers
  • Participate in solution reviews, service discussions, and roadmap planning
  • Ensure vendor solutions meet internal standards, security, and operational requirements
  • Integration & Development Support Understand how applications need to work together and provide guidance on integration requirements
  • Support integration-related tasks, including data mappings, APIs, and scripts as needed
  • Develop small programs, scripts, or front-end enhancements to support operations and improve efficiency
  • Work with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to build simple UI components or reports
  • Modify or automate routine tasks, reporting, and monitoring scripts to improve team efficiency
  • Team Enablement & Knowledge Sharing Share best practices, lessons learned, and troubleshooting techniques with colleagues
  • Promote proactive system monitoring and continuous improvement
  • Project & Initiative Support Participate in IT projects related to new application deployments, system upgrades, or process improvements
  • Assist with requirements gathering, functional design, and testing from a systems perspective
  • Support project documentation, UAT coordination, and post-implementation validation
  • Provide technical insight and practical guidance on system behavior, dependencies, and potential impacts
