About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst / Application Support Analyst to support and enhance enterprise applications across Windows and Linux environments. This role involves systems analysis, technical support, and collaboration with business and IT teams to deliver reliable, secure solutions.

Requirements

Experience as a Systems Analyst or Application Support Analyst
Experience supporting and enhancing enterprise applications across Windows and Linux environments
Skills in systems analysis and technical support
Ability to install, configure, and support applications and system components on Windows and Linux platforms
Experience administering and supporting Windows Server environments
Experience maintaining and supporting COTS applications
Ability to assist with configuration of select SaaS products
Proficiency with performance monitoring tools such as Dynatrace
Proficiency with Azure DevOps for work tracking and documentation
Understanding and ability to support networking concepts including LAN/WAN, firewalls, and system architecture
Ability to identify and remediate application and server vulnerabilities

Responsibilities

Provide systems analysis and technical support for enterprise applications.
Gather, document, and analyze requirements; research options; and recommend solutions for new and existing systems.
Install, configure, and support applications and system components on Windows and Linux platforms.
Administer and support Windows Server environments.
Maintain and support COTS applications and assist with configuration of select SaaS products.
Monitor system and application performance using tools such as Dynatrace.
Utilize Azure DevOps for work tracking and documentation.
Support networking concepts including LAN/WAN, firewalls, and system architecture.
Create technical documentation and diagrams.
Identify and remediate application and server vulnerabilities.
