Under the supervision of the IT Manager, the System Administrator will: Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and escalation assistance for end users and IT support staff Administer and manage endpoint devices using Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms including device compliance, security policies, application deployment, and conditional access Manage and support Google Workspace environment including user provisioning, security policies, email administration, shared drives, and data governance Administer Microsoft Azure and Entra ID including identity management, group policies, role-based access control (RBAC), conditional access policies, and device enrollment Configure, maintain, and secure cloud and on-prem infrastructure including servers, applications, networking, and security platforms Troubleshoot system and network performance issues and recommend infrastructure improvements Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments and Windows endpoints Perform system backups, disaster recovery testing, and data integrity monitoring Deploy operating system images and applications using imaging and deployment tools Maintain documentation for IT procedures, security standards, and technical configurations Assist with cybersecurity initiatives including endpoint protection, patch management, and vulnerability remediation Support VoIP and unified communications platforms including email, collaboration tools, and IP telephony systems
