About The Position

This position will require you to be in the Greater Cleveland, OH Area We are presently in a hybrid schedule, 2 days on campus and 3 days WFH We are looking for a Systems Administrator that has a strong range of experience. You will be responsible for our Azure Administration, monitoring, scripting, server patching in both Windows and Linux environments. Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in an IT Systems Administration related role.
• 3+ years' experience with Automation Tools - Ansible, AWX, PowerShell.
• Familiarity with Source Control - Git Hub.
• Extensive experience with PowerShell in support of a Windows Environment.
• Experience in the administration of systems monitoring and alerting applications such as Orion, New Relic, Prometheus, etc.
• Proficient in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently.
• Organized and analytical and enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
• Have a continuous improvement mindset and are capable of handling multiple priorities concurrently.
• A problem-solving approach that is empathetic, humble, and customer focused.

Responsibilities

• Run with our Azure Administration, monitoring, scripting, custom reporting, server patching, Linux and Window support, certificate management, and vulnerability remediation.
• Troubleshoot Windows and Linux servers, have proven scripting experience (Bash or PowerShell), oversee patching compliance, and do some project management.
• Work closely with the Internal IT teams, Security, Compliance, partners in other business units, to design, deliver, and support enterprise tools that provide a frictionless working environment.
• Help automate our systems Automation using PowerShell and Bash in our Windows and Linux environments.
