Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience administering OneStream or similar EPM/CPM platforms (e.g., Hyperion, SAP)
  • Strong understanding of financial consolidation, budgeting, people cost analysis, and reporting processes
  • Proven experience building and maintaining cube views, dashboards, workflows, and business rules
  • Experience with data integrations and ETL processes
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A consultative, solution-oriented mindset. You are always questioning the status quo and finding ways to innovate and elevate where you see opportunities to raise the bar.
  • You have a deep sense of personal responsibility, strong attention to detail and organization, and enjoy juggling many priorities at the same time

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the OneStream platform, including user access, security roles, and system configurations
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring data accuracy, consolidation integrity, and timely reporting
  • Collaborate closely with our implementation partner to lead and support the successful build-out of our OneStream platform.
  • Manage and support data integrations (including data loads) between OneStream and source systems; including NetSuite, Power BI Cube or dynamic CRM, MyHR, Greenhouse, and Concur
  • Attend Scheduled OneStream training sessions
  • Perform system troubleshooting and resolve application and data-related issues
  • Develop and maintain business rules, dashboards, reports, and cube views to support operational and financial reporting needs
  • Partner closely with Finance, Human Resources, and Analytics teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
  • Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, including testing and validation activities
  • Ensure data integrity through routine validation, reconciliation, and quality checks
  • Create and maintain system documentation, including configurations, process flows, and user guides
