Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in systems and network administration on Windows Server platforms.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and the MS Office Suite.
- Intermediate knowledge of network design, WAN/LAN, Exchange, Office365, and Active Directory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box.
- Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with AWS or Azure is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor the entire IT infrastructure, working alongside a 16-person IT team.
- Set up, configure, and maintain various IT systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Provision new servers, troubleshoot IT issues, and support backup infrastructure.
- Get hands-on experience with SANs, servers, firewalls, hypervisors, and data protection appliances.
- Recommend new technologies, software, hardware, and services to improve the company’s IT systems.
- Keep the team up-to-date with the latest technical knowledge through training and workshops.
